Sometimes girls just ‘wanna’ be girls. I find the colour pink to be so girly but once in a while it’s good to indulge.
When am on holiday there are no heels rules. When I can, I wear the highest heels I have and cause a lot of commotion because I know in a few days or weeks I will pack my bags and be on my way.😃😃😃😁😁😁😁

I always wondered how people in Nigeria can wear jackets, and tights given that the weather is so warm… I mean so Hot.
I found the most gorgeous pleather skirt from River Island and I just had to travel with it.
My friend told me that the way to survive in this Nigeria heat is to go from AC to AC.
I did just that😃😃😃😃 and pulled off this fabcheek look.

So one of the main reasons why I made this trip was because my older sister was getting married. Having her traditional wedding to be exact. I was so nervous for her because this was soo not her thing.
After much planning the day came, it went well and I am here to tell the story. 😄.
Can’t remember the last time I had someone doing my makeup but it felt so good.
To top things off I loved the end product.
The great things about Nigerian traditional weddings is that we have somethings called ‘Aso ebi’. This was the perfect excuse to get a dress tailor made just for my 6ft tall self. For a change a dress made perfectly just for me . I wanted this dress to be soooo shapely, it looked great and very flattering but I couldn’t sit down because it was so tight. 🙈🙈. That will teach me.!

It’s taken over 12 hrs to get to my destination Abiriba in Nigeria. This is a small village in Abia State and am proud to say that this is where am from!
Home is differently where the heart is. Feels so good to be amongst old family and friends. I have met up with people who I have not seen for years and the catch up has been real to say the least.
Follow my travel diaries over the next few days. The Internet situation is real but bare with me as I try to keep a daily log of outfits and activities.
I barely touched down in this town and they dragged me out already.

I couldn’t think of a better way to spend the new year than in a different environment. A relaxing space to reflect on the days gone and pray about the days ahead.
My mission was to travel without checking in my whole life.
I followed the following steps to achieve this goal.
1- Research your travel destination. This instantly gives your packing purpose and you do not have to pack for different eventuality because you know what weather to expect at your chosen destination and what local vascinities to expect.
2- While packing, I found that having everything I wanted to take with me was really helpful. I was able to visually create outfits and consider which items would be most versatile so that I didn’t over pack.
3- I chose to pack several neutral items. You might wonder how I managed to pick all those items into my suitcase ? That takes me to point 4.
4- I learned that rolling your clothing items is the best way to pack and make the most of your luggage space. I did just that and strategically squeezed all the items I wanted to travel with into my luggage.
And there you have it!
5- Shoes were bagged and packed last because I didn’t want the heels to get damaged in transit. Do not forget to distribute the weight of the suitcase evenly.
I will keep you updated on my travels once I get to my destination.

I am a HUGE fan of luxury perfumes. Sometimes I really wish I didn’t get on this wagon because once your on it…. you just keep discovering great smells… 😤😤
I have had the pleasure of trying out this collection.
Did you know that the Supreme Bouquet is one of the most sold perfumes. … well so they told me.
It’s really difficult to chose a favourite as they are all so great but I am leaning towards the Splendid Wood.
At over £200 for 80ml this is definitely going on my 2016 want list.

So it’s been some weeks since I posted my initial look/ how to /review of the Nails Inc Spray can.
Weeks later I am in a better position to comment on the durability of this nail varnish.
I had not thought of this till I looked at this picture. This product is perfectly designed to fit into the hand. The can is not to small or to big for that matter. I guess it all makes for easier use and application .
It claims to be the fastest manicure. Well.. if your only considering the time it takes to spray the paint and allow it to dry… then you might be onto something . But once I factor in the time I spend prepping for application ( covering my furniture ) and then having to wash the excess off my finger. I am not sure it’s so fast. I definitely would not be using this product when am in a rush.
To my suprise this product adhered very well to the nail as long as you apply your base and top coat.
Now for what you have all been waiting for.
Does it last.
Well… it held up pretty well. It can’t be compared to your nail gels etc but it didn’t do too bad either.

We are ending a high with zealous fun bold colours. Winter does not have to be dark and dreary. Am not saying bold colours every day either but sometimes brighten your morning or another’s day.

This is definitely in line with the fringe styles we have been seeing .
It’s a sure way of showing a bit of leg without giving away too much .
There is something really cool and fashionable about this trend. Can’t quite place it but is definitely works with the mid calf boots.
