So we are half way through the A-Z A/W 2015 trends. A huge thank you for all your support and time spent reading my posts thus far.

Ok, we are talking about the Margot Tenenbaum trend . This links in well with the “G” of geeky goes chic post . However Margot deserves her own blog post as her look inspired several designers such as Gucci and Lacoste this season.

Firstly you will need to get the hair cut right. Straight cut bob or lob with the trademark hair clips.

The loafer shoes

The right clothing include tennis dresses , pleated midi skirts. You see were we are going.

Top hold tote bag

And you can’t forget the black eye pencil to complete the look.

There you have it. The very trending Margot Tenenbaum inspired look.

The designers have gone the extra mile to emphasis long sleeves with bell cuffs and balloon sleeves.
As a tall women long sleeves are sooo hard to come by. I am so ready to embrace this trend.
More so as temperature drops my fingers need as much concealing as possible.

I say Yaaaassss to longer sleeves.

Jumper dresses are my comfort Zone.
They are super easy, leggings or jeans…it just works every time.
With the 70s trend still reigning mighty high neck jumper dress are the new biz. Pair it with high thigh boots 😍😍😍😍

I could wear this trend all day every day.

Today we are talking HEELS,
I don’t just mean any type of heel, but block , chunky heels.
I am so glad these are hot off the runway.

As a tall and plus size woman I find that there is alot of strain on my knees and wearing heels can often make this worse. I can’t bring myself to do away with my heels but whenever I can I prefer to opt for a chunky heel instead.

Check out how these are worn in the a/w 2015 fashion show.

These boots from Lanvin were made for talking. You know they will be supper comfortable with those chunky heels.

I am also a huge fan these shoes from Anthony Vaccarello. Bling on shoes feature several times on the runway this season.

The barely off the ground sparkly shoes from Mui Mui are the business. I wouldn’t be rushing out to buy these but you see where am going with this trend.

Right … I was slightly taken aback by today’s trend.

Geeky is the new sexyyy😨😨😨

When did looking geeky become so trendy. Goes to show that you just have to be yourself and experiment with fashion.

To achieve this look you need a combination of prints, colours and textures. Don’t forget to blend the feminine with the masculine.

Gucci a/w 2015 showed this fabulously. The geeky glasses that somehow just still works.

So to finish things off.. here’s the Geeks ‘IT’ list to achieve great geeky looks.

Fur, Fur, Fur, Fur I can’t say it enough.
It’s huge this autumn/winter and it’s looking better than ever.

I love that you can wear fur in soo many different ways.
FAUX FUR STOLE totally looks amazing on the runway. I can see myself wearing this style as I parade MY runway(Oxford circus)

If you are like me and wondered how the fur would stay on the shoulder.Well….Note the belt around the waist used as both as an accessory and to hold the fur from falling off the shoulder.

So its time to pull out your pretty blouse and cashmere cardigans.
It can be difficult to maintain femininity in such a male dominated society. However, pencil shirts and leather glove are a good way to start.

My absolute favourite is this look from Peter Pilotto The detail on that blouse is everything

I can’t help but notice that all these lovely blouses are worn with A-line skirts.

Denim is still doing its thing. It is more or less season-less but this season we are seeing more flared demin and demin on demin and demin skirts. It ties in perfectly with the 70s trend.

I shared some of the pics a little while back. This is the perfect time to pull out you flared jeans. Maybe not with sandals but you get my drift😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉.

I absolutely love the idea of a denim skirt. This would be my ideal look for a denim skirt below

If I could, I would dress my denim as seen below.

It’s seems very strange wearing flared denim after having lived in skinny jeans for so long. Have you switched to Flares yet ?
