Fur, Fur, Fur, Fur I can’t say it enough.
It’s huge this autumn/winter and it’s looking better than ever.

I love that you can wear fur in soo many different ways.
FAUX FUR STOLE totally looks amazing on the runway. I can see myself wearing this style as I parade MY runway(Oxford circus)

If you are like me and wondered how the fur would stay on the shoulder.Well….Note the belt around the waist used as both as an accessory and to hold the fur from falling off the shoulder.

Denim is still doing its thing. It is more or less season-less but this season we are seeing more flared demin and demin on demin and demin skirts. It ties in perfectly with the 70s trend.

I shared some of the pics a little while back. This is the perfect time to pull out you flared jeans. Maybe not with sandals but you get my drift😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉.

I absolutely love the idea of a denim skirt. This would be my ideal look for a denim skirt below

If I could, I would dress my denim as seen below.

It’s seems very strange wearing flared denim after having lived in skinny jeans for so long. Have you switched to Flares yet ?

So this is every ladies MUST have. What I love about the Camel coats is that they are just so classy and elegant. For the most part you can wear it season after seaons after seaons.

Check on it – Winter Coat for the Tall

Hey Guys,

Although the October weather has been pretty mild here in the UK, I know that the blistering COLD is on its way. I have taken it upon myself to start my winter Coat hunt now!

Ladies you know how difficult it is to find a good tall coat, one that is not sold out. I did some of the leg work and will be sharing some of my fav finds here over the next few weeks.

I start with this Charcoal Plaid Boy Friend fit Coat from Dorothy Perkins.

I will be the first to say that this Coat does not look very appealing on the site. Unfortunately since we do not much choice but to shop online, I had to take a chance. Ladies do not be afraid to take a chance!

This boyfriend fit coat is fierce. Totally different to anything in my wardrobe. A great variety if your looking for something to spice up your wardrobe.

I particularly love that I can turn up the sleeves and for the first time it is not because the sleeves are too short.

So there you have it. What do you think of this Coat. Would you wear it ? Would you buy it ?

Maximizing Maxi’s

As we approach what seems to be the end of the summer months here in the UK..😣😣.

I had to share a post on maxi’s… the ultimate summer piece.
We leggy beauties know how difficult it is to find maxi’s that are long enough.
I opted to shop from the tall connoisseurs here in the UK.

This garden maxi as its called is perfect for your garden parties and luncheons. The subtle pinks and lilac flower prints makes it very feminine. We like👍.
The good news is that you don’t have to wave floral prints goodbye just yet. Long live the floral prints as they come in stronger and bolder for AW/15.

This dress speaks for its self. No fuss , no jewellery needed a very easy wear.

I am a huge fan of wrap front clothing as it’s very flattering for the curvy lady. That said, the neckline of this dress had to be pinned as it was too exposed.
While I felt this dress was a few inches shorter than I would have liked, it does show off the my metallic silver sandals perfectly and classic red pedicure. Not so bad after all.

The halter and back detail on this dress was unexpected and a well received suprised.

Earn your stripes

Have you earned your fashion stripes.
You have to be pretty bold and basically not give a damn to try this striking stripe on stripe combination. But guess what…. I think it totally works. Don’t you?

This ensemble has it all going on. More is surely more here. We are seeing this trend all over the fashion runway with designer taking a linear approach and mixing chunky and thin stripes, vertical and horizontal. Anything goes so there is room on the line for you to stamp your personality on this look.

This wrap front shirt does wonders for me and the neck line is very flattering. As you can see this “fab” blouse was perfectly designed for my tall limbs and the sleeves kiss my wrist perfectly.

This trend will have you on the fast track to fashionable lane.

Travel Lookbook denim on denim

This is such an oldie but goodie. A classic ! The first thing that came to mind when putting this look together was ‘I don’t want to look like a cowgirl’. Not that there is anything wrong with cowgirls or cowboys. It just was not my desired look. I personally tried to stay away from denims the same shade and weight…. You should too. While the rips on this jeans are not visible in this picture. Ripped jeans add a element of trendiness to this look. Don’t be afraid to add a bright lipstick to complete the look. A pop of colour makes life more interesting. Anything from shades of pinks to reds and oh maybe a deep berry would do the trick. Ofcourse with every outfit you must cross your T’s and dot your I’s with some accessories. Reflection- While it’s ok to stay in your comfort zone-that’s not were you will reach your full potential or impact the masses. My heart is heavy because more can be done and more should be done.
